Burgschaft definition

Burgschaft dated August 30, 1996 granted by GEA in favor of the Lender to secure payments owed by the Borrower under the Second Credit Facility. The Guarantee of GEA shall be governed by the laws of Germany and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bochum in the Federal Republic of Germany.
