Bunker Delivery Note definition

Bunker Delivery Note means the document signed by the authorised personnel of the Vessel after completion of the delivery of Marine Fuel;
Bunker Delivery Note means the bunker delivery note or bunker delivery receipt.
Bunker Delivery Note or “BDN” means the document titled “Bunker Delivery Note” prepared, signed and stamped by the Seller’s or Supplier’s representatives, and signed and stamped by the Master of the Vessel (“Master” and “Vessel” as defined below) after the completion of delivery of Marine Fuel in accordance with clause 10(c).

  • These General Terms and Conditions are deemed incorporated in each Confirmation Note, Invoice, Bunker Delivery Note, Tank Measurement Form, Bunker Requisition Form and together with these General Terms and Conditions constitute a complete and exclusive Agreement of Sale of Marine Fuel.

  • MARPOL Annex VI Regulation 18 Fuel Oil Availability and Quality requires a Bunker Delivery Note (BDN) for fuel oil for combustion purposes delivered to and used on board, and a representative sample of the fuel oil delivered to the ship.
