Bungalow means Bungalow No , more fully described in schedule;

Bungalow means any residential house having a ground floor and a first floor (including the Open Terrace, if any, appurtenant thereto and the Car Parking Space, if any, therein) and/or any other covered space in the Project which is built on a Bungalow Land;
