Bundle Subscription definition

Bundle Subscription means the Bundle subscription service made available by us entitling a person who has purchased the subscription of the Bundle benefits, and ‘Bundle Subscriber’ means a person who has acquired a Bundle Subscription.

Related to Bundle Subscription

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • PIPE Subscription Agreements has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.

  • Subscription Shares has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.1.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.
