Bumble Minorities definition
Bumble Minorities means each of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any transferee of their capital stock of Bumble Holdings.

Promptly following the date hereof, the Company shall, with respect to the Bumble Minorities, use all reasonable endeavors to cashout their shares in Bumble Holding, in each case, for a price per share that is equal to $1,250 per share (as adjusted for any combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization, or by way of stock split, stock dividend or other equity distribution).
