Bulk purchasing definition

Bulk purchasing means the acquisition or procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, services and printing in quantity in order to benefit from the most favorable terms, prices and economies of scale.

  • Purchasing means the County of Eddy Purchasing Office or the Eddy County Purchasing Agent.
