In the event such adjustment changes the acreage in the Toledo Blade Strip or the Bulk Parcel, appropriate adjustments in the Purchase Price shall be made at the applicable Closing.
At the Final Phase Closing the Purchase Price shall be adjusted such that the total Purchase Price paid for the Bulk Parcel in its entirety equals $42,500.00 per acre.
