Subject to the requirements in Section 2.4 and 2.8, Customer may permit its Agents to access and use the Bulk License Software solely to support Customer’s internal business operations and only on workstations that are owned or leased by Customer or are operated on behalf of Customer.
The Payment and terms for the Bulk License, Minimum Commitment Payments and Existing Business are set forth in Exhibit A.
As to any portion of the Payments for the Bulk License which are for future Authorized Users and not actual Authorized Users, Brightmail shall pay the unknown Authorized Users portion as if they were Authorized Users within the Americas and pay in U.S. Dollars.
The Bulk License granted in this Section 2.2(a) is subject to the restrictions set forth in Section 2.4 below and Schedule F and is expressly limited to the Products identified on Schedule B and all Updates (collectively, the “Bulk License Software”).
Customer shall reproduce all confidentiality and proprietary Execution Copy notices on all copies of the Bulk License Software and License Software that Customer is authorized to make under this Section 2.2. Nothing in this Agreement will entitle Customer to receive the source code of the Software or Updates, in whole or in part, except as expressly contemplated in Sections 2.9, 2.10, and Schedule M.
