Bulk Data Transfer definition

Bulk Data Transfer. (also, "BDT") shall mean the set of hardware and software components implemented by Pegasus which enables file transfers between HRSs and the Switch as well as file transfers between GDSs and the Switch.

Related to Bulk Data Transfer

  • Data Transfer means: 1.1.8.1 a transfer of Company Personal Data from the Company to a Contracted Processor; or 1.1.8.2 an onward transfer of Company Personal Data from a Contracted Processor to a Subcontracted Processor, or between two establishments of a Contracted Processor, in each case, where such transfer would be prohibited by Data Protection Laws (or by the terms of data transfer agreements put in place to address the data transfer restrictions of Data Protection Laws);

  • Fannie Mae Transfer As defined in Section 13 hereof.

  • Bulk transfer means a transfer of motor fuel from 1 location to another by pipeline tender or marine delivery within the bulk transfer/terminal system, including, but not limited to, all of the following transfers:

  • Transfer facility means any transportation related facility including loading docks, parking areas, storage areas and other similar areas where shipments of hazardous waste are held during the normal course of transportation.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.
