Bulk data definition

Bulk data means an electronic collection of data composed of information from multiple records, whose primary relationship to each other is their shared origin from single or multiple databases. “Bulk data” is different from multiple records.
Bulk data means electronic court records as originally entered in Trial Court case management database(s), not aggregated or compiled by computerized searches intended to retrieve specific data elements.
Bulk data means that an entire dataset can be acquired. Even the simplest of applications, such as computing the sum of line items, requires access to the entire dataset. This principles principle implies that bulk data should be made available before “API”s are created because “APIs” typically only return small slices of the whole data.
