Bulk Contracts definition

Bulk Contracts has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Bulk Assets” contained in this Section 1.1.

  • Borrower will immediately notify Lenders in the event that a Customer alleges any dispute or claim with respect to more than [redacted] in monthly revenue of total Customer Contracts or of any other circumstances known to Borrower that may impair the validity or collectibility of more than [redacted] in monthly revenue of total Customer Contracts, provided, however that Borrower shall notify Lenders of any material dispute relating to its Bulk Contracts.
