The bulk asbestos samples will be submitted to a National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) accredited laboratory (Omni Environmental) and analyzed using Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) coupled with dispersion staining as outlined in the EPA's "Method for the Determination of Asbestos in Bulk Building Materials (EPA-600/R-93, July 1993).
