Built to Specifications. Shall refer to a Vehicle that the Contractor Shall order directly from the OEM(s) and that Shall be built to meet the Authorized User Specifications identified in a Mini-Bid.

  • Method of Award for Vehicles Built to Specifications at the OEM Factory: Lowest price to a single contractor that can meet the specified delivery date, and supply the total number of vehicles requested.
