Built Drawings definition

Built Drawings means the controlled and complete set of documents upon which the Contractor records each and every instance of differences between the Work as executed and the Work as designed and depicted in the documents issued by the Contractor for Construction Work;
Built Drawings means the controlled and complete set of documents upon which is reflected all differences between the Facilities, together with temporary facilities still in place, as constructed, and the Facilities, together with temporary facilities, as designed in the documents issued by the EPCM Contractor for Construction Work; Change means any change in, addition to, or deletion from the Owner’s Requirements, Owner’s Specified Materials and Services, the Milestones, or the Contract Time;

  • An archive reference edition of the Construction Documents prepared by the Design-Builder incorporating changes from the original Construction Documents indicated in the As Built Drawings.

  • The Contractor shall provide As - Built Drawings and specifications, Record Documents, spare parts and shop drawings as soon as possible and in any event within thirty (30) days of the Substantial Performance Date.

  • As a prerequisite to a recommendation of approval, the Architect/Engineer shall evaluate the Contractor’s As Built Drawings to generally ascertain that such documents have been annotated by the Contractor to describe the project as actually constructed, reviewing to generally confirm that the Contractor has indicated changes (if any) to dimensioned location, size and depth of utility infrastructure.

  • At the conclusion of the Construction Administration Phase the Architect/Engineer shall obtain the completed As Built Drawings from the Contractor.

  • These documents shall be labeled “Interim Record Drawings and Specifications”, and are required to assist the Owner in the operation of the facility until Final Completion is accomplished and the final As- Built Drawings and Specifications are provided to the A/E to prepare the final “Record Drawings” and “Record Specifications”.

  • At the conclusion of the construction administration phase the Architect/Engineer shall obtain the completed As Built Drawings from the Contractor.
