Built Assets definition

Built Assets means any building or structure the maintenance or management of which has or is to be transferred to the Company by the Developers or the owner thereof

Examples of Built Assets in a sentence

  • Prior to the transfer to the Company of any element of either the Built Assets or the Open Spaces, the Parties shall use their reasonable endeavours to agree the Maintenance Standards for that element.

Related to Built Assets

  • Subject Assets is defined in Section 2.2(c).

  • Project Assets means all physical and other assets relating to (a) tangible assets such as civil works and equipment including foundations, embankments, pavements, road surface, interchanges, bridges, culverts, road over-bridges, drainage works, traffic signals, sign boards, kilometre-stones, [toll plaza(s)], electrical systems, communication systems, rest areas, relief centres, maintenance depots and administrative offices; and (b) Project Facilities situated on the Site;

  • Company IT Assets means all Software, systems, servers, computers, hardware, firmware, middleware, networks, data, data communications lines, routers, hubs, switches and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by or licensed, pursuant to valid and enforceable license agreements, to the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Operating Assets means all merchandise inventories, furniture, fixtures and equipment (including all transportation and warehousing equipment but excluding office equipment and data processing equipment) owned or leased pursuant to Capital Leases by the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Replacement Assets means (1) non-current assets (including any such assets acquired by capital expenditures) that shall be used or useful in a Permitted Business or (2) substantially all the assets of a Permitted Business or the Voting Stock of any Person engaged in a Permitted Business that is or shall become on the date of acquisition thereof a Restricted Subsidiary of the Company.
