Buildscale definition

Buildscale means the Buildscale entity that is a party to the Agreement, this DPA and the Standard Contractual Clauses in Schedule 1, which may be Buildscale, Inc., a company incorporated in the Province of Ontario, or a Buildscale Affiliate, including as applicable, Buildscale (US), Inc. a company incorporated in the State of Delaware.

  • Buildscale understands and agrees that Customer may terminate the Transfers as needed to comply with the EEA Privacy Laws.

  • In the event that EU authorities or courts determine that the Transfer mechanism set out herein is no longer an appropriate basis for Transfers, Buildscale and Customer shall promptly take all steps reasonably necessary to demonstrate adequate protection for the EEA Personal Data, using another approved mechanism.

  • Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Buildscale grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide right to access and use the Services during the term set out in the applicable Sales Order or set out pursuant to the terms herein.(“Subscription Term”).
