Building Trap definition

Building Trap means a device, fitting or assembly of fittings installed on the building drain to prevent circulation of air between the drainage system of the building and the Building Sewer.
Building Trap means a device, fitting or assembly of fittings installed on the service line to prevent circulation of air between the drainage system of the building and the service line.
Building Trap means a device, fitting, or assembly of fittings installed on the building drain to prevent circulation of air between the drainage system of the building and the Service Line. In the case of existing construction, the Building Trap shall-be located on the Service Line.

Related to Building Trap

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Premises Building Total Destruction means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Building.

  • Building drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.
