Building Structural Parts definition

Building Structural Parts means the main structure of the Building including in particular but not by way of limitation, the roofs, foundations, structural ceilings, structural floors, structural beams, structural slabs structural columns and pillars, structural screeds, terraces and balconies, joists, external and load bearing walls, party structures, boundary walls, the structural parts of the stairwells, lift shafts and lift pits, railings and fences and all external parts of the Building, including without limitation the external windows and doors and all load bearing parts of the fabric or structure of the Building and, whether or not structural, the external windows (including any glass in the windows) and doors [and the glazed façade of the Building] all of which shall form part of the Building Structural Parts;
