Building Specifications definition

Building Specifications. ’ means a document describing in detail the construction methods and materials for the proposed building or alteration, the method of drainage, sewerage and water supply and shall state whether the proposed materials are new or second hand.
Building Specifications means the schedules and specifications attached hereto in terms of Clause 33 and
Building Specifications means the specifications set forth in Exhibit D-1.

  • All collocated equipment must comply with BellCore National Equipment and Building Specifications (NEBS) Level 1 safety requirements, as well as, any additional safety standards CBT may impose on its own equipment.

  • Landlord shall, upon written notice from Tenant, promptly make all repairs to the Premises (except for any Alterations made by Tenant to the Base Building Specifications) necessary to keep and maintain such good order and condition and shall charge Tenant by invoice for the cost of such repairs at Landlord’s standard rates (such rate to be competitive with the market rate for such services).

  • Promptly following delivery of the Premises to Tenant with Landlord’s Work with respect thereto Substantially Complete, Landlord, Tenant and their respective Construction Representatives shall inspect the Premises and mutually prepare a list of outstanding items which need to be completed to make Landlord’s Work comply with the Base Building Specifications (“Punchlist Items”).

  • Windows: Window shutters shall be 35 mm thick of teak wood having glass panes as per PWD Building Specifications.

  • Standard Specifications means all applicable legal requirements pertaining to the development of the Property including, but not limited to, Master Subdivision Plan, applicable permits, and construction drawings required for all Infrastructure, including, without limitation, the Town's Unified Development Ordinance, Knightdale's Water Allocation Policy (Ordinance # 13-06- 19-001 and Ordinance # ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇) and Standard Specifications and Construction Details Manual. The failure of this Agreement to describe any other permit, condition, or term of restriction applicable to the Property does not relieve Developer of the necessity of complying with the same.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.
