Building Plans & Specifications definition
Building Plans & Specifications means the building plans and specifications for the Improvements to be erected or established on the Concession Area by the Concessionaire:-
1.1.1.1 as approved by the Developer; and
1.1.1.2 pursuant to the Environmental Impact Assessment; and
1.1.1.3 which must be substantially in accordance with the Development Plan;
