Building Pathways definition

Building Pathways means the ducts, stacks, shafts, surfaces and routes in, over, across and upon the Building and the Lands which may be used to connect the Tenant’s Equipment in the Roof Area or Connection Area and to connect the Tenant’s Equipment to the electrical grid and/or power lines owned or operated by the LDC.

Examples of Building Pathways in a sentence

  • The Landlord is under no obligation to perform any work or provide any materials to prepare the Leased Premises, the Building Pathways, the Lands or Building (including, without limitation, its structure and systems) for the Tenant.

  • If the Grantee's employment by the Cardinal Group is terminated for Cause, all outstanding Options that have not been exercised shall immediately and automatically terminate, be forfeited, and cease to be exercisable at any time without regard to whether such Options are vested.

  • The Tenant shall be permitted to use the Roof Area, Connection Area and Building Pathways for purposes of installing, maintaining, operating, modifying, repairing and replacing, at the Tenant’s expense and risk, Tenant’s Equipment.

  • The Landlord makes no warranty or representation that the Leased Premises, the Building Pathways, or the Lands or Building, or any part thereof are suitable for the Tenant’s use, it being agreed that the Tenant has satisfied itself in respect thereof.
