Landlord and Tenant agree to work and negotiate diligently and in good faith to agree upon the Building Parameters by the Contingency Expiration Date.
Either Tenant or Landlord shall have the right to terminate this Lease in the event the Building Parameters (as hereinafter defined) have not been agreed to by Landlord and Tenant by the date which is sixty (60) days after the Effective Date (the "Contingency Expiration Date").

For purposes of this Lease, "Building Parameters" SHALL mean the design details of the Building, including but not limited to, the Building Site Plan (including the location of the Building and the parking areas/structures on the land owned by Landlord), the size of the Building, the conceptual design of the Building and the number of parking spaces required for the Building.
