Building Outgoings definition

Building Outgoings means the items listed in Schedule 2. Claim means claim, demand, liability, loss, damages, proceedings, costs, charges and expenses. Commencement Date means the date in item 3.
Building Outgoings means all costs, charges, expenses, fees and other outgoings paid or payable by and reasonably incurred by the Lessor in respect of the Land or Building including, but not limited to:

Examples of Building Outgoings in a sentence

  • On the next Rent Day after the Landlord gives the Tenant a notice of either estimated or actual Building Outgoings, the Tenant must pay the Landlord (or the Landlord must credit the tenant with) the difference between what the Tenant has paid on account of the Tenant’s Proportion of Building Outgoings for the relevant twelve month period and what the notice says is payable.

  • The Landlord may give the Tenant a notice at any time stating the Landlord’s estimates of the Building Outgoings and the Tenant’s Proportion.

  • As soon as possible after the end of any twelve month period, the Landlord will give the Tenant reasonable details of the actual Building Outgoings.

  • If the Landlord draws on the Bank Guarantee or the Rent or Tenant’s Proportion of Building Outgoings increase the Landlord may give the Tenant a notice stating the amount required to top up the Bank Guarantee to the level required under Item 13 and, no later than 7 days after the Landlord gives this notice, the Tenant must give the Landlord a substitute or additional Bank Guarantee for that amount.
