Building or Building Complex definition

Building or Building Complex means a structure wholly or partially enclosed within exterior walls, or within exterior and party walls, and a roof, affording shelter to persons, animals, or property. Building complex means a building or group of buildings constructed in a contiguous area for business, commercial, institutional, healthcare, hospitality purposes or assembly buildings under the single ownership of individuals or group of individuals or under the name of a co-operative group society or on lease and sold as shops or office space or space for other commercial purposes, having a connected load of 100 kW or contract demand of 120 kVA and above as defined in Chapter-8 (Definitions, Abbreviations, and Acronyms) of MP-ECBC;

  • In performing the work of any such Alterations, Tenant shall have the work performed in such manner as not to obstruct access to the Building or Building Complex or the common areas by any other tenant of the Building Complex, and as not to obstruct the business of Landlord or other tenants in the Building Complex, or interfere with the labor force working in the Building Complex.

  • In the event of any such taking or conveyance, Landlord shall receive the entire award or consideration for the portion of the Building or Building Complex so taken.

  • Tenant shall not store, produce, maintain or dispose of any materials or substances in or about the Premises, the Building or Building Complex which is a regulated, toxic, hazardous or infectious material or substance under any environmental statute, rule, regulation, or ordinance of any governmental authority.

  • Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all costs for work done by or on behalf of Tenant or caused to be done by or on behalf of Tenant on the Premises of a character which will or may result in liens against Landlord’s interest in the Premises, Building or Building Complex.

  • Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all costs for work done by or on behalf of Tenant or caused to be done by or on behalf of Tenant on the Premises of a character which will or may result in liens against Landlord's interest in the Premises, Building or Building Complex and Tenant will keep the Premises, Building and Building Complex free and clear of all mechanic's liens and other liens on account of work done for or on behalf of Tenant or persons claiming under Tenant.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is: (i) alteration to the Premises or the Building or Building Complex after the Commencement Date; or (ii) any change in the designated Rentable Area of the Building Complex, then Landlord shall have the exclusive discretion to recalculate Tenant’s Share by substituting the revised approximate Rentable Area of the Premises and/or the Building Complex in the calculation described above.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.
