Building Occupancy. Where this is a charge supported by an allocation plan, the plan will serve as documentation of this expenditure. In all other cases, actual receipts or paid invoices are required.

• For SES Providers using a tion-MPS site for SES Services, a eopy of their Building Occupancy Certificate, Contract regarding occupancy, Insurance and occupancy permit must be submitted to MP S prior to any services being tendered.

• Within fifteen (15) days after the termination of this Lease for any reason or the failure by Tenant to meet the Eyebrow Occupancy Requirement, with respect to any eyebrow signage, or the Top of Building Occupancy Requirement, with respect to top of Building signage, and notice thereof from Landlord, Tenant shall remove all of the subject exterior signage in a good and workmanlike manner, repairing all damage to the Building that may be caused thereby, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense.
