  • The Requesting Licensee shall bear its own cost associated with the closure of the POA or Building MDF room or Outdoor Cabinet and the termination of the licence to the Shared Line, and the Requesting Licensee shall be solely responsible for making such alternative arrangements as are necessary to continue to provide its Customers with the services it provided to them using the Shared Line.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the grant of a licence in respect of Line Sharing does not provide the Requesting Licensee with a licence to access SingTel’s Distribution Point, Building MDF or Outdoor Cabinet that is associated with the Line Sharing.

  • The Requesting Licensee acknowledges that SingTel may temporarily disconnect the Requesting Licensee’s xDSL services at either the Exchange MDF, Outdoor Cabinet or Building MDF for SingTel to perform reasonable fault analysis and line testing on the Shared Line for up to three (3) hours.

  • The Requesting Licensee shall install its own cable tray(s) or rack(s) for installing the Subscriber Tie Cable inside the Building MDF room.

  • The Requesting Licensee will bear its own costs associated with the closure of the Building MDF room and the termination of a Licence.

  • Additional charges apply if you request connections or relocations outside our business hours.A TID Lite service will be provided to and terminated on a Telstra Network Termination Unit (NTU) at the main Building MDF or OFDF Communications Room only (Network Boundary Point).

Related to Building MDF

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • the Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Premises Building Total Destruction means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Building.

  • Building sewer means the extension from the building drain to the public sewer or other place of disposal.

  • parking meter means an apparatus for use on or in the vicinity of a parking place for indicating, as respects a space provided at that parking place for the leaving of vehicles, whether the initial charge has been paid and whether the period for which payment was made by the initial charge has expired;

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Heritage Building means a Building designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, which has been identified as a significant heritage resource in a conservation district plan and any Building listed in the Markham Register of Property of Cultural Heritage Value of Interest;

  • Public building and "public work" means a public building of, and a public work of, a governmental entity (the United States; the District of Columbia; commonwealths, territories, and minor outlying islands of the United States; State and local governments; and multi-State, regional, or interstate entities which have governmental functions). These buildings and works may include, without limitation, bridges, dams, plants, highways, parkways, streets, subways, tunnels, sewers, mains, power lines, pumping stations, heavy generators, railways, airports, terminals, docks, piers, wharves, ways, lighthouses, buoys, jetties, breakwaters, levees, and canals, and the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of such buildings and works.

  • Buildings means any and all buildings, structures, garages, utility sheds, workrooms, air conditioning towers, open parking areas and other improvements, and any and all additions, alterations, betterments or appurtenances thereto, now or at any time hereafter situated, placed or constructed upon the Land or any part thereof.

  • Building Height means the vertical distance measured in the case of flat roofs, from the average level of the center line of the adjoining street to the highest point of the building adjacent to the street; and in the case of pitched roofs, up to the point where the external surface of the outer wall intersects the finished surface of the sloping roof and in the case of gables facing the road, the midpoint between the eaves level and the ridges:

  • Rentable Area of Premises on Page 1 of the Lease shall be deleted in their entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Main building means a building in which is conducted the main or principal use of the parcel on which it is erected;

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • building line means a rear space, side space or street front space;

  • Building system means plans, specifications and documentation for a system of manufactured factory-built structures or buildings or for a type or a system of building components, including but not limited to: structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or plumbing systems, and including such variations thereof as are specifically permitted by regulation, and which variations are submitted as part of the building system or amendment thereof.

  • Square Footage means the total gross horizontal areas of all floors, including usable basement and cellars, below the roof and within the outer surface of the main walls of buildings (or the center lines of party walls separating such buildings or portions thereof) or within lines drawn parallel to and two feet within the roof line of any building or portion thereof without walls (which includes, notwithstanding paragraph 3 below, the square footage of all porches), and including pedestrian access walkways or corridors, but excluding the following:

  • Vacant building means a building that has been vacant and

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.
