BUILDING LAYOUT PLAN definition
BUILDING LAYOUT PLAN means the building layout plan or plans of the CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY indicating, inter alia, the APARTMENTS and the EXCLUSIVE USE AREAS, as amended, the current building and layout plans being attached hereto as annexure 1 of these RULES;
BUILDING LAYOUT PLAN means the plan in Schedule 7. Business Day means a day on which banks are open for general banking business in Sydney, excluding Saturdays and Sundays; Claim includes a claim, demand, remedy, suit, injury, damage, loss, Cost, liability, action, proceeding or right of action.
