Building Holiday means Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Day and New Year's Day as each of said holidays are celebrated in the State in which the Real Property is located;
