Building Grades definition

Building Grades means the elevations of the points of intersection of the Front and Rear Lot Lines with the side Lot lines, as determined by a British Columbia Land Surveyor or the City Engineer.
Building Grades means the type, brand and/or quality of materials Landlord designates from time to time to be the minimum quality to be used in the Building or the exclusive type, grade or quality of material to be used in the Building.

Related to Building Grades

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Building Standard means the type, grade, brand, quality and/or quantity of materials Landlord designates from time to time to be the minimum quality and/or quantity to be used in the Building.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Finished grade means the grade upon completion of the fill or excavation.

  • Building system means plans, specifications and docu- mentation for a system of manufactured building or for a type or a system of building components, which may include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and variations which are sub- mitted as part of the building system.
