There shall be no abatement of Rent or rent allowance to Tenant for diminution of rental value and no liability on the part of Landlord by reason of inconvenience, annoyance or injury to business arising from Tenant making, or failing to make, any repairs, alterations, additions or improvements in or to any portion of the Building, Garage, Common Areas or the Premises, or in or to fixtures, appurtenances, or equipment thereof.

Landlord may elect to establish parking zones in the Building Garage and if Landlord so elects, the Permits may be issued to specifically identified vehicles and the Parking Charge may relate to specified zone(s) as determined by Landlord.
The Building Garage is sometimes hereinafter referred to as the “Garage.” The passes in the Building Garage are referred to as the “Parking Passes.” The Parking Passes shall be paid for by Tenant at the then current prevailing rate in the Garage, as such rate may vary from time to time.
Landlord agrees to regularly review Taxes for the Building, Garage, Common Areas, Project, and Property and to contest or negotiate the amount thereof with the appropriate governmental or regulatory authority if Landlord determines it is reasonably prudent to contest the Taxes.

If Landlord implements a system whereby only specifically identified vehicles are granted Permits, other vehicles shall not be permitted to use the Building Garage without the Landlord’s prior written consent.
In the event Lessor is unable to obtain such written agreement, or at Lessor’s election from time to time, then Lessor shall provide 17 permits (subject to increase under Section 30.4) in the Building Garage (or partly in the Building Garage and partly in the Hilton Garage, in such other garage or garages as are approved by Lessee in its sole discretion), at the charge stated above for permits in the Hilton Garage.
