Building Facilities definition

Building Facilities means and includes all equipment, machinery, facilities and other personal property located in the Building and/or used or utilized wholly or partially in or in connection with the operation and/or maintenance of the Building, or any part thereof, whether or not located in the Building.
Building Facilities collectively mean the Passenger Building Facilities and the Cargo Building Facilities.
Building Facilities all equipment and facilities that may be provided at any time during the Term for use by the owners or occupiers of the En-suite Units and Studio Units;

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
