Building Evaluation Reports definition

Building Evaluation Reports means those certain Building Evaluation Reports prepared by the Engineer and delivered to Lender in connection with the Loan.
Building Evaluation Reports means the report, dated August 19, 1998, entitled "Building Assessment Report for the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇" prepared for Seller by M. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇, Architects, Inc., ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Suite 480, San Francisco, California 94105, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Associates structural review dated October 8, 1998, and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Constructors letter dated October 15, 1998.
