Building Entry definition

Building Entry means the PG&E owned or controlled service lateral extending from the manhole, splice box, handhold or other and extending to or into the building at or near the electrical service entry location.
Building Entry means the right to use a PG&E owned or controlled service lateral extending from the manhole, splice box, handhole or other and extending to or into the building, facility, site or other structure at or near the electrical service entry location.

  • There will be a $50.00 fee for each lost Building Entry Fob, a $20.00 fee for each lost apartment iButton, a $10.00 fee for each lost Mailbox Key, and a $10.00 fee for each lost vehicle Hang Tag.

  • In no event, however, shall the Building Entry Signage be illuminated signage.

  • The Building Entry Sites for which the Parties have completed and executed Building Entry License Acknowledgement (“BELA”) form are included in Exhibit C, and are those specific locations that the Parties hereby agree are covered by this Agreement as of the date that the BELAs are executed.

Related to Building Entry

  • Building Envelope means the integrated elements of a building which separate its interior from the outdoor environment;

  • Premises Building Total Destruction means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is fifty percent (50%) or more of the then Replacement Cost of the Building.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Leased Premises means the premises which are material to the Company or any Subsidiary and which the Company or any Subsidiary occupies or proposes to occupy as a tenant, sub-tenant or occupant;
