Building Engineers definition

Building Engineers or "Supervisors" shall mean all personnel included in the Unit as expressed in Article II, Sections 2 and 3.
Building Engineers means A-Tec Associates, Inc. or any other independent firm approved by Lender.

  • The term "employee" as used herein shall include all Maintenance Personnel, Building Engineers and Custodians, Bus Mechanic, and Mechanics' Helpers, employed by the Employer, but specifically excluding all supervisory personnel.

  • The employer agrees to provide any newly assigned Building Engineers a sufficient break in period up to 3 days with the Building Engineer who has site specific knowledge and understands the technical aspects of the equipment and position.

  • No adjustments, corrections, or work to the fire alarm system will be made without prior approval of the Building Engineers & the building’s life safety system monitoring contractor, Honeywell.

  • If a vacancy is declared by the employer and there is no eligible, qualified Building Engineer to be assigned, transferred, promoted, or employed, the employer may temporarily assign the Building Engineer's work of heating and maintenance of the equipment to the District HVAC crew until a qualified Building Engineer is available for the vacancy.

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

  • Architect/Engineer means the individual, individuals, and or firm identified as the “Architect- Engineer” in the preamble of Contract executed by and between the District and the Architect- Engineer for the Project.

  • Consulting Engineers means the independent engineer or engineering firm or corporation employed in connection with any Project to perform and carry out the duties of the Consulting Engineer under this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.

  • Geotechnical engineer means a Professional Engineer whose principal field of specialization is the design and Construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment.

  • Landscape architect means a person who holds a license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California Business and Professions Code, Section 5615.
