Building elevation definition

Building elevation means an elevation for a structural support system established under a bylaw establishing a floodplain.
Building elevation means the entire side of a building, from ground level to the roofline, as viewed perpendicular to the walls on that side of the building.
Building elevation means the visible vertical plane of the side of a building from ground level to the roof line.

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.
