Building Covenants definition

Building Covenants means any terms, covenants and conditions as set out in schedule 3 which are specific to the Building.
Building Covenants means these Building Covenants including all Schedules and Appendices as may be amended by the Developer from time to time.
Building Covenants means the provisions of this Section as varied, from time to time, by a Building Covenants variation and includes those provisions as reproduced in booklet or other form from time to time.

Examples of Building Covenants in a sentence

  • We agree to lease the Premises to you for the Term in return for you paying the Gross Rent and keeping to the terms, covenants and conditions as set out in this Lease (including the Special Covenants, Building Covenants and the Tenants’ Guide).

  • If the Developer makes a Building Covenants variation, you will be bound by the Building Covenants, as varied, once the Developer gives you a copy of the Building Covenants as varied by the Building Covenants variation, except to the extent that you would be materially prejudiced by being so bound.

  • If there are any inconsistencies between the different parts of this Lease, priority will be given in the following order from first to last: (1) Side Letters (if any), (2) Special Covenants, (3) Building Covenants, (4) Standard Covenants, and (5) Tenants’ Guide.

  • You hereby charge the Land and all your estate and interest in the Land from time to time with the performance of your obligations under the Building Covenants and with the payment by you to the Developer of any Security Bond and all other moneys which you, whether by way of damages or otherwise, now or at any time in the future may become liable to pay to the Developer under or by virtue of the Building Covenants or on any other account whatsoever.

  • The Owner and Builder will complete the Building Work in accordance with the Building Approval, the approved plans and specifications, the Land Covenants, Building Covenants and Design Guidelines.

  • In addition to any liability the Buyer has to Harmony Glades Pty Ltd, if the Buyer breaches any clause or provision of these Building Covenants, Harmony Glades Pty Ltd is entitled (without prejudice to any other action or remedy) to recover from the Buyer as liquidated damages, the sum of $20,000.

  • These Building Covenants shall not apply to those blocks where Original Houses are located.

Related to Building Covenants

  • Building Code means the regulations made under Section 34 of the Act.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • State building code means the combined specialty codes.
