  • Until a Building Conveyance / Federation Conveyance in favour of the Ultimate Organisation / Federation is executed and the entire Project is declared by the Promoters as completed, the Purchaser shall permit the Promoters and their surveyors and agents, with or without workmen and others, at all reasonable times to enter into and upon the Multiplated Dwelling House / Building / Project / Larger Property and, or, any part thereof to view and examine the state and condition thereof.

  • The Company shall have transferred the Office Building to Seller pursuant to the Office Building Conveyance in accordance with Section 8.8(b) and a copy of the deed or other document executed in connection therewith containing the provisions required by Section 8.8(b) shall have been delivered to Buyer and Seller shall have executed and delivered to the Company, with a copy to Buyer, the Building Lease.

  • The Company hereby agrees that it shall, before execution of Building Conveyance/ Federation Conveyance as contemplated herein, make full and true disclosure of the nature of its title to the Larger Property as well as encumbrances and/or claims, if any in/over the Larger Property.

  • The Company shall (subject to the Office Building Conveyance having occurred in accordance with Section 8.8(b)) have executed and delivered to Seller the Building Lease.
