Building Contract Addendum definition

Building Contract Addendum means the addendum to the Building Contract specified in Schedule 2 (Ship information).

  • A copy, certified by an approved person to be a true and complete copy, of the Building Contract (including the Building Contract Addendum), the Beta Building Contract (including the Beta Building Contract Addendum) and the MOU, each to be in an approved form.
