Building Contents definition

Building Contents means all contents of the Building, including any and all fixtures, personal property, debris, wreckage, and/or other materials or things of any nature whatsoever in, on, or about the Building which are not permanently affixed to the Building. "Certificate of Final Completion" is defined in Article 28.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and
