As needed, Public Unit may request from the Consultant a Proposal for a Building Condition Assessment ("Proposal") for a specific building.
Consultant means the entity offering Building Condition Assessments services.
Any costs to repair damage or extra cleaning costs will be the sole responsibility of the Applicant, and such excess costs will be deducted from the Building Condition Deposit.

A $300 Building Condition Deposit is required with the reservation.
The Authority will make available to the Contractor, for information only, the Building Condition Survey information available with him.
