Building Condition definition

Building Condition. Sublessor shall provide that the existing HVAC systems, electrical, lighting, fire sprinkler and plumbing systems serving and within the Premises are in good working condition.
Building Condition means the following items to be made good:
Building Condition. Lessee accepts the property "▇▇ ▇▇" in its current condition, subject to Lessor's responsibility for ensuring the prior tenant's completion of certain maintenance items as set forth in Exhibit 2.

Examples of Building Condition in a sentence

  • As needed, Public Unit may request from the Consultant a Proposal for a Building Condition Assessment ("Proposal") for a specific building.

  • Consultant means the entity offering Building Condition Assessments services.

  • Any costs to repair damage or extra cleaning costs will be the sole responsibility of the Applicant, and such excess costs will be deducted from the Building Condition Deposit.

  • Consultant shall prepare written reports as required in the State Fiscal Accountability Authority Policy for Obtaining Building Condition Assessments for State Building Acquisitions.

  • At its option, at any time, the Public Unit may request a Proposal to perform a Building Condition Assessment as required for a specific project.

  • The general scope of work shall include a Building Condition Assessment performed in accordance with State Fiscal Accountability Authority Policy for Obtaining Building Condition Assessments for State Building Acquisitions stated in this Agreement.

  • The scope of work for a specific project shall be established in the approved Proposal from the Consultant for a Building Condition Assessment.

  • Any changes in the Building Condition Assessment Services to be performed under this Master Agreement shall be in the form of a written modification to this Agreement, mutually agreed to and signed by the duly authorized representative of OSE and the Consultant, specifying any such changes.

  • A $300 Building Condition Deposit is required with the reservation.

  • The Authority will make available to the Contractor, for information only, the Building Condition Survey information available with him.

Related to Building Condition

  • Normal Operating Conditions means those Service conditions which are within the control of Grantee. Those conditions which are not within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, telephone network outages, and severe or unusual weather conditions. Those conditions which are ordinarily within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, special promotions, pay-per-view events, rate increases, regular peak or seasonal demand periods, and maintenance or upgrade of the Cable System.

  • Nonconforming zoning condition means a physical improvement on a property that does not conform with current zoning standards.

  • Building drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Rating Condition has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(c)(ii).

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).
