The Licensee shall use the Building, Communications Spaces, Deemed Area and the Equipment Room in the Building solely for the purpose of providing Services to the tenants or occupants situated in the Building.
However, only authorized engineers, employees or properly authorized contractors, subcontractors, and agents of the Licensee or of other TSP’s, other authorized regulatory inspectors, or persons under their direct supervision and control will be permitted to enter the Building, Communications Spaces, Equipment Room, or other areas in the Building and only upon the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
