Two subaccounts are hereby established in the Collection Account: the Tax Revenue Subaccount, to be funded and applied pursuant to Section 509; and the Building Aid Subaccount, to be funded and applied pursuant to Section 510.
If at any time the Unfunded Balance is zero, the Trustee shall transfer any amount in the School Bond Account to the Collection Account as Building Aid.
