Builder Certificate definition

Builder Certificate means a certificate from the CFD Administrator stating that the Development Product will generate at least the amount of Assigned Special Taxes that was projected for such Development Product in the Original Report, or that the Development Product’s Assigned Special Taxes plus Excess Aggregate Credits currently available will generate at least the amount of Assigned Special Taxes that was projected for such Development Product in the Original Report.
Builder Certificate means a certificate from the Builder of a Development Product stating that such Development Product will generate at least the amount of Assigned Special Taxes that was projected in the Original Report or Updated Report that was relied upon by the CFD Administrator in issuing the most recent Letter of Compliance for such Development Product.

Related to Builder Certificate

  • Buyer Certificate means a certificate delivered by the Buyer (without qualification as to knowledge, materiality or otherwise), signed on behalf of the Buyer by an authorized officer of the Buyer, to the effect that each of the conditions specified in clauses (a) and (b) of Section 6.2 is satisfied in all respects.

  • Upper-Tier Certificate Any one of the Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-LR Certificate) and the Class B Certificates.

  • Seller Certificate means a certificate of transfer delivered in connection with the transfer of a Trust Certificate pursuant to Section 3.04(a), substantially in the form of Exhibit B.

  • Transfer Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Form of Transfer Certificate) or any other form agreed between the Agent and the Borrower.

  • Final Payment Certificate means the payment certificate issued under Sub-Clause 14.13 [Issue of Final Payment Certificate].
