Buildable envelope definition
Buildable envelope means the volume of space for buildings and other structures as defined by the minimum setbacks and the maximum allowable height.
Buildable envelope as used in this Notice means the portion of the Settlement Class Members’ property within the established setback requirements where a structure, including but not limited to a dwelling, attached garage or in ground swimming pool may be constructed under existing applicable local, state or federal codes. “Existing Structure” means a physical, permanent, structure existing on the Real Property, including but not limited to: a dwelling, attached garage, or in-ground swimming pool.
