Build Year definition
Build Year means: (a) the twelve (12) month period commencing on the first Stage Two (Build) Commencement Date of either the Initial Scope or the Deferred Scope (as the context requires); and (b) each 12 month period thereafter, save that the final Build Year shall end on the Milestone Date for the final Stage Two (Build) Complete Milestone of the Initial Scope or the Deferred Scope (as the context requires);
Build Year means the period beginning on July 21 of a given year and ending on July 20 of the following year. For example, “Build Year 1” means the period beginning on July 21, 2015 and ending on July 20, 2016.
Build Year means the year by which the Build Out for any Build Area must be completed. The first Build Year shall commence on the date hereof and terminate on the day 30 days after the first anniversary of the date hereof; the second Build Year shall commence on the day after the end of the first Build Year and terminate 365 days later; and the third Build Year shall commence on the day after the end of the second Build Year and terminate 365 days later.
Examples of Build Year in a sentence
Prior to offering commercial service in a Section, the Company will be required to provide coverage to all the Build Areas in that Section that have the earliest Build Year and to meet the general launch criteria that are in effect at the relevant time and applicable generally to the NDS ESMR Network (the "Launch Criteria").
Exhibit 6 identifies (i) the Initial Sections; (ii) the Option Sections that may be added to the Territory under Section 6.2; (iii) the Build Areas in each Section; and (iv) the Build Year by which the Build Out for Build Areas must be completed.
The Company must Build Out each Section by the Build Year stated on Exhibit 6.
