Build to Order definition

Build to Order or "BTO" shall mean a procurement method whereby BPO Delivery Line Items are typically released to fulfill 3Com's clean shippable backlog or projected demand. Products are shipped against a Blanket Purchase Order Delivery Line Item. Products that are procured in this manner are called "BTO Products".
Build to Order means standard Products built upon receipt of an actual purchase order from Buyer. Manufacturing build is only initiated after a purchase order is received.

  • Orders placed by StorageTek and its Subsidiaries under this Agreement shall be Build to Order and shall be for the mutually agreed configurations of the Co-branded Products, if configurations are applicable to the Co-branded Products being ordered.

  • Written Order means a written order signed by the General Manager or properly authorized representative or agent, mailed to the Contractor at the address designated in the firm's Bid, or to such other address as may be designated in writing as its official place of business.

  • Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;

  • Field Order means a written order issued by an authorized County official/employee to the Contractor during construction effecting a change in the Work by authorizing an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work within the general scope of the Work not involving an adjustment in the Contract Price or a change to the Contract Time or Term. No Field Order shall be valid or effective unless it is signed by the County employee(s) who has been authorized in writing by the Chief Executive Officer or his/her designee to execute Field Orders.

  • Written application or "written election" means a written instrument, prescribed by the board

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Energy Order means the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003;

  • Prescription order means any of the following:

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • Good order for initial premium payments means that the Part 1 of the Application is completed, a suitability review and approval have occurred, all producer licensing issues are resolved, all owner and insured information is furnished, all signatures are obtained, all premium has been received, including any subsequent premiums already due, and all other requirements are satisfied as determined by the Company.
