Build Services definition

Build Services means the services to be provided by the Service Provider in building of the Service Systems and creating the processes and procedures the Service Provider deems necessary to deliver the Services in accordance with this Agreement, and any related Testing;
Build Services means the Services to be provided by the Service Provider in relation to the manufacture, development, construction and installation of the LCHS Assets and Service Systems and development and creation of the business processes the Service Provider deems necessary to deliver the Services in accordance with this Agreement, as more specifically detailed in the Statement of Requirements, and any related Works and Testing;

Examples of Build Services in a sentence

  • When completing maintenance pursuant to this clause, the Vendor will not be liable to do more than it, or Master Build Services Limited, would be required to do if a claim was made under the Building Guarantee referred to in clause 6(c) below.

  • If a dispute arises between the parties concerning the construction of this Agreement or as to any matter or thing arising under this Agreement which the parties cannot resolve, such dispute shall be referred to Fairway Resolution Limited, an independent dispute resolution company used by Master Build Services Limited, for resolution.

  • General Conditions costs shall be in compliance with the General Conditions to the Agreement for Design Build Services (Exhibit A) and are identified in the attached document prepared by the Design Builder.

  • Vendor will, in accordance with the terms set forth in Attachment B-1, perform the Pre-Work Build Services to establish the appropriate information technology operations and capabilities of Prudential to Vendor in connection with the Services.

  • The Pre-Work Build Services will be performed in accordance with Attachment B-1, including related milestones for the pre-work services and functions to Vendor from Prudential set forth in Attachment B-1, and in a manner that will minimize any disruption to the related operations of Prudential and Prudential Affiliates.

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement as provided in Article 15 of the General Conditions to the Contract for Design Build Services (Exhibit A).

  • The term “Proposal” means the document submitted to Judicial Council by Design Build Entity in response to the Request for Proposals for Design Build Services for the Project.

  • If you have one or more licensed users of Visual Studio Enterprise with MSDN, Visual Studio Professional with MSDN, or any successor to the foregoing then you may also install the Visual Studio software and permit access and use of it as part of Team Foundation Server 2017 Build Services by your licensed users and licensed devices of the software.

  • In no event will BE provide any Build Services during the Term (other than any task expressly set forth in the Remediation Priority List as a Remediation Service).

  • This Agreement for Design Build Services (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective on 202X (“Effective Date”), by and between the Judicial Council of California, a judicial branch entity (“Judicial Council”), and (“Design Build Entity”), a [Insert Name of Organizational Structure, e.g., a California corporation].

Related to Build Services

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.
