Customer agrees that Customer and its Developers can only access and use the entitlements of the Maintenance and Support (including Updates) if the Developer License, Build Server License, Floating License or Project License they are consuming is supported (either because Customer has purchased a subscription license or because Customer has separately purchased Maintenance and Support for the relevant license).
