Build Order definition
Build Order means a document agreed to between the parties, the form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A-1, setting forth the Customer (which, in the case of a Demonstration Unit, may be 374Water), the Unit to be manufactured, the Specifications for such Unit, the delivery date for such Unit, and any other terms and or conditionals relevant to the specific build order.
Build Order means a properly completed Service Request from the Service Provider to provision a Connection to a Premises or End User Tenancy that has not previously been connected.
