Bug List definition

Bug List means as to the Amdocs Systems, a complete listing of all material deficiencies, bugs or errors occurring in the Amdocs Systems, or any portion thereof, as measured against the Specifications and reported by Amdocs Personnel or Company Personnel, and for each such deficiency, bug or error, a description of the problem, an indication of the priority assigned to the problem by Amdocs, the current status of the problem, an approach to fixing the problem, and a timeline within which the problem is expected to be corrected.
Bug List means, as to each System, (a) a complete listing of all known Nonconformities in any Software included in such System, in each case as reported by Contractor Personnel, Client or any Subcontractor and (b) for each such Nonconformity, (i) a description of the Nonconformity, (ii) an indication of the priority assigned to the Nonconformity by Contractor, (iii) the current status of the Nonconformity, (iv) an approach to fixing the Nonconformity if the Nonconformity has been identified for Resolution and such approach has been determined and (v) a timeline within which the Nonconformity is expected to be Resolved.

  • SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.

  • SDN List shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.21.

  • Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Priority List means the annual listing of fundable, waiting, and planning portion projects.

  • OFAC SDN List means the list of the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons maintained by OFAC.

  • Safety Data Sheet means a safety data sheet within the meaning of regulation 5 of the CHIP Regulations;

  • Peer-reviewed medical literature means a published scientific study in a journal or other publication in which original manuscripts have been published only after having been critically reviewed for scientific accuracy, validity and reliability by unbiased independent experts, and that has been determined by the international committee of medical journal editors to have met the uniform requirements for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals.
